It's time to challenge yourself again. Curtsy lunges on your UltraSlide Slideboard aren't just for the ladies. Work your lower body and gain strength and balance with this fun, but challenging UltraSlide workout.
Place your hands on your hips to maintain balance. Cross your legs, as if in a curtsy position. Try to put equal weight on both feet while slowly moving down into a squat. Go as low as you can go, (at this point you look like a polite princess or prince charming). Come back up, maintaining the crossed-leg position. Repeat. Got it? Now try it and let us know how it goes!
